Go To A Blogging Conference - #FWCon 2017 in Orlando

First Published: April 28, 2017 . Last Modified: July 29, 2021 lisa2 Comments This post may contain affiliate links

One of the questions, I'm often asked is what blogging conferences have I gone to. The other day I had this conversation with several other bloggers. So today I want to shout out to the internet world that you all should go to the Food Wine Conference in Orlando next month. You still have time to get a ticket and hotel reservations.  And there are always reasonable flights to Orlando. Remember how you always said you wanted to attend a conference? What are you waiting for? Since I love going to this conference and it's my third year back, it is quite natural that I am a brand ambassador. If you use my code LisaG2017 , you will also get $50 off your ticket. The Food Wine Conference  starts on Friday, May 19th and goes until Sunday afternoon. If you've never attended a blogging conference before, this is the one of you. People are so friendly and I promise you will never be sitting in a corner by yourself even if you are a shy person. You will make lots of friends, learn a bunch and smile all weekend just like all the people in the above photo are doing. There is much friendship at this conference.

If you've been to lots of conferences, this blogging conference is for you. You will connect with other bloggers, business owners, executives and PR professionals that will enable you to reach a whole new level of success. The food is out of this world and prepared by the most wonderful chefs whom you will also get a chance to connect with. The food has me drooling already.

This year, there is also a one day Food Service Social Media Bootcamp (FSSM) on Sunday, May 21. The seminar is designed to help restaurants and food retailers take advantage of all that influencers and social media have to offer. They will learn how to engage with customers online to maximize business potential.

Certified Angus Beef is a brand sponsor and you can bet you will be having the best beef around. These cow girl ribeye steaks were the main event at dinner last year. Wow, right? (More food? This is a Food Wine Conference though , right?)

We also will be having plenty of great wine from CK Mondavi  who is also back as a brand sponsor this year. This year there is also a sock hop on Saturday night. Getting dressed up 50's style sure will be fun!

The food blogging conference takes place at The Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando. Just beautiful! Everything about the place is just breathtaking. I can't wait to go back.

So join me (and my friend Kristin from Dizzy Busy and Hungry who is in the photo below with me) for an awesome weekend. She will be my partner in crime and roommate for the weekend. We are going to have so much fun. Don't forget to use code LisaG2017 for your discount.

***For full disclosure, I received a discounted conference ticket for being a brand ambassador for this conference. As usual, all opinions are my own.
