A Shamrock Shake For St Paddy's Day

Stpatty'sshakeHappy St Paddy's day everyone! Usually the leprechauns come and mess up our house but today they pulled a bigger trick on us. They messed up our soccer and baseball fields. Our driveway is slippery and the streets are a mess with snow. Darn leprechauns!

I am going to turn my heat up, get under a nice bright lamp and pretend it's warmer. The little pesky leprechauns must be working with moody mother nature and I am not going to let them ruin my day. Instead I am making myself and my family a nice Shamrock Shake. Those leprechauns can go crawl in a green hole for all I'm concerned. I know spring is on it's way!

Today I am over at Food Fanatic making Shamrock Shakes. Why don't you go over there and check it out? While they are only sold for a few weeks in March, you can make them anytime.

Who has plans for St Paddy's Day? We are headed to a party tonight and I am bringing a variation of these Guinness cupcakes  with Bailey's cream cheese frosting.

    Enjoy!

I like having a roster of recipes that can me made from what I commonly have on hand.
This falls in that category. I am knocked out that you have snow. I am going to have to look into about us and figure out where you live. Tomorrow is the first day of spring for Pete's sake.
