Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

  • 3 lbs Chicken Wings, tips removed, flats & drummettes separated
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter


  • Remove tips from wings and separate flats and drummettes. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the salt and the flour. Toss the wings in the flour mixture so they are lightly coated.
  • Spray the racks or basket liberally with cooking spray. Place the wings into the Fry Basket or fryer racks and into the air fryer. Cook at 375 degrees for 25 minutes , turning half way through cooking. After 25 minutes adjust heat to 400 degrees and cook for about 5 more minutes or until the wings are as crispy as you like them.
  • While the wings are cooking, mix together the hot sauce, maple syrup and melted butter.
  • Remove the wings from the oven when they are crispy and cooked through. Toss with the sauce. Serve with blue cheese dressing if desired.
