DUTCH OVEN CORNED BEEF

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Corned Beef Brisket Mustard Olive Oil Potatoes Carrots Cabbage Beer

PREP CORNED BEEF & VEGGIES  

Step One

Preheat oven, cut veggies and season and brown corned beef brisket

COOK CORNED BEEF

Step Two

 Add potatoes and carrots to the pot. Top with corned beef, seasoning and beer. Cover Dutch oven and bake for 2 ½ hours.

cook Cabbage

Step Three

Add cabbage to pot and cook for another 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.

Drain and Slice

Step Four

Drain veggies and slice corned beef to desired thickness. tender.
