How are you? I just wanted to introduce myself! My name is Nicole and I recently launched a blog titled http://www.nibblesbynic.com. In a nutshell I have created a fun spin on recipes for the everyday mom. My goal is not to over-complicate the food, but to simplify it in a homemade, yet youthful fashion using seasonal tasty ingredients. Most importantly, my mantra is to cook in healthful way (incorporating the occasional treat of course without EVER sacrificing taste and enjoying every last nibble!!

I have to say your blog is super inspirational. I love your antics and playfulness with the recipes. Your food looks amazing and you present it
in such a beautiful way. BTW – I am also from New Jersey, but wound up in Long Island, a place I swore I would never go to, but so far so good!!!
