Caprese Cocktails

DSC_0363You know I am a girl that just adores tomatoes. Today I have a real treat for you.

I bet you’ve had plenty of bloody Mary’s but never a Caprese cocktail. This cocktail is light, savory and perfect to sip on a hot summer night. I used my KitchenAid Maximum Extractor juicer to make this cocktail. Once you try juicing herbs, it will be part of your weekly routine.

ingredients Caprese cocktail

For this light summer drink, grab some tomatoes and basil out of your garden. Get some fresh mozzarella balls to garnish the cocktail and go to the Kitchenthusiast for the recipe.

This tastes like a fresh Caprese salad in a glass. Better yet, it contains alcohol too.

You will want to make this all summer long!

Such a nice idea, I haven’t seen anything like this before, so refreshing and unique.
