Today it’s time to go meatless. I am doing a roundup of some favorite meals that are vegetarian. Although my husband probably wouldn’t agree, I find it refreshing to eat a meal without meat. I could probably go 4 to 5 nights in a row and not miss it at all. Throw some seafood in there and I could go the whole week without meat. Here are some of my favorites. Some are recipes I created and others are from some of my food blogging buddies.
