Shrimp and Artichoke Orzo

shrimp orzo bowl pot good

We have pasta for dinner often. I like it in every shape and size. As a kid, I would eat orzo and I would call them little footballs. It was a common pasta to have in chicken soup.

As much as I love it, I sometimes forget about this cute little shaped pasta.  I often make orzo with shrimp.  It always works to be the perfect combination. Take a look at my Shrimp and Artichoke Orzo on Food Fanatic.

It’s the type of recipe that I would double for company or make extra so that I have some for lunch the next day. I warn you. If you make this, your family will be addicted!

I’m the same way, I love orzo but somehow I always overlook it and grab another pasta box that’s in the front of the pantry instead of rooting around for the orzo. I need to make it more. I really love this recipe, the shrimp looks super yummy.

This looks amazing. My daughter-in-law makes something similar and we all love it!
