creamy shrimp pasta

Today I have some good news to share. I have a new gig as a contributor to Food Fanatic. This is a website for  anyone that loves food. I am happy to be part of this group of bloggers that create delicious recipes.  At Food Fanatic, you can find recipes, food photography, TV show reviews and giveaways.

Each blogger will be focusing on a different area  of food. Twice a month I will be creating an easy family dinner recipe. You know I am always tight on time for dinner and the spring gets even more crazier than usual. Pasta and frozen shrimp are always staples in my kitchen. So today my recipe for Creamy Shrimp Rigatoni is featured.

Now why don’t you head over to the Food Fanatic and see what is going on there.  From healthy recipes to bread to appetizers to desserts, they have something for everyone.

Just found this blog while visiting Hungry Happenings. Love the recipe for creamy shrimp rigatoni and am going to encourage my husband to try it out (he’s the cook in the family – I just like good food!)

Looks yummy! Keep on stirring…
