illy Artist Can Coffee Giveaway!

Every year, the IACP (International Association of Culinary Professionals) holds a conference with cooking demonstrations, informative panels, and  a wide variety of exhibits and opportunities to meet chefs, cookbook authors and other high profile people in the culinary world. It was held this year in New York City and the theme was “The Fashion of Food: Where Food, Fashion, and Media Connect”. Two weeks ago I attended the one day Culinary Expo and Book/ Blogger Festival during  the IACPNYC . I wish I could have gone to the whole conference but was glad to at least be part of it for the day.

illy was a sponsor of the event and it was refreshing to grab a cup of iced coffee in the afternoon. Actually, I grabbed two or three iced coffees but don’t tell anyone. illy’s 20th anniversary is coming up and they have crafted unique espresso cups, as well as launched the new monoarabica coffees. The good news is you can win some free coffee. Thanks to the generous people at Illy, I am giving away coffee from their artist can collection. Not only is it some of the best coffee you will drink, it comes in a beautiful can that you can keep even after the coffee is long gone.
