Healthy Eating in 2012

Happy new year everyone! It’s been a great two weeks of eating rich holiday foods, sweets and appetizers loaded with cheese. But now it’s time to get back in the saddle and eat some fresh salads, veggies, whole grains and lean proteins. I also need to get my butt to the gym. I hope it fits through the door…heehee.

So to start off the new year, I present you with some of my favorite healthy recipes. I also have some good news to share. Jersey Girl Cooks is almost done with a blog makeover and I will be showing it off soon. I also will have a GREAT BIG GIVEAWAY to celebrate so look for that soon too. I wish all my readers and friends the best in 2012!

Thanks for the healthy inspiration. I made one last batch of cookies last night. Now, the sweaters are coming off of the elliptical for sure. 🙂 I'm looking forward to seeing your new look!

Love everything….I don’t do ketchup on eggs but I know that’s a pesonal choice. I’m on the road to healthy eating and being a Jersey Italian girl….it’s NOT easy! So thanks for the new ideas…I’ll be trying them out. Jennifer

Go for healthy diet! Haha! I love the fact that people are loving healthy living more. They even take time researching and taking note of what they should do to make a healthy meal. Although healthy meals does not base, mostly, on cooking. Here’s some tips on how to maximize the nutrition and flavor you can get from your meals. ^_^:
