Healthy Eating in 2012

Happy new year everyone! It’s been a great two weeks of eating rich holiday foods, sweets and appetizers loaded with cheese. But now it’s time to get back in the saddle and eat some fresh salads, veggies, whole grains and lean proteins. I also need to get my butt to the gym. I hope it fits through the door…heehee.

So to start off the new year, I present you with some of my favorite healthy recipes. I also have some good news to share. Jersey Girl Cooks is almost done with a blog makeover and I will be showing it off soon. I also will have a GREAT BIG GIVEAWAY to celebrate so look for that soon too.
