Meals for Busy Families

When it comes to the blog posting department, I have been a total slug. It’s not that I haven’t cooked or eaten anything good recently. It’s just that I have been consumed by baseball, soccer, karate, work and other activities. When my friends ask what do I cook best, I usually reply, “anything that takes less than 30 minutes”. This is usually the time I have before dinner and getting the kids out to their sports. So today, I am putting together some of my best quick meals. If you have a busy life, these recipes are perfect! Here goes……. (Click on the title for a link to the actual recipe).

I know what you mean about busy! We are all over the place lately and I'm constantly searching for quick and easy ways to get dinner served in between getting everyone where they need to be!

Lisa, all of these look like wonderful meals. Summer is coming and things will slow down a little. I hope you and your two "babes" have a great day…Mary

I know what you mean, Lisa, time just seems to evaporate. We dusted off the grill the other day, so I'll be giving your garlic and herb chicken a try real soon.
