Benihana Gift Card Giveaway!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Are you doing anything special? We finally had some nice weather and everyone is flocking outside. March is the perfect time to head out to dinner. If you’re looking for someplace to not only eat but have a whole dinner experience, Behihana is the place to go! Here, the chefs entertain while they also prepare the food. Let me tell you about the great specials they are having in March.

Benihana is having a Hibachi Shrimp and Chicken dinner for two for only $35. This includes shrimp and chicken along with Benihana onion soup, Benihana salad, hibachi shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, homemade dipping sauces, steamed rice, Japanese hot green tea and Häagen-Dazs ice cream, sherbert or sorbet. With prices this good, you’ll have some extra money for cocktails.

This month, you can also celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Japanese-style with green drinks.

Here are some March drink offerings:

* Emerald Punch Bowl – inspired by the classic melon ball cocktail, the 60-ounce punch bowl includes Midori Melon Liqueur, SKYY Pineapple Vodka and pineapple juice – enough for two or more guests to share.

* Kiwi Crush – a light and refreshing martini featuring fresh muddled kiwi fruit, Ketel One Citroen Vodka, St-Germain and a touch of green tea syrup.

* Green Tea Colada – a delicious Japanese twist on the pina colada with a frozen blend of Malibu Rum, ZEN Green Tea Liqueur, pineapple and coconut.

They also have some wonderful sakes:

* Benihana Hot Sake – Benihana’s famous signature 9-ounce sake.

* Sake Flight – three 2-ounce hand-selected premium cold sakes.

* Kikusui, “Chrysanthemum Water” – a well-balanced sake with the sweet aroma of rose and mandarin orange.

For more information on Benihana and to find the nearest location go to http://www.benihana.com/

Now for the best part! Leave me a comment and you can win a gift card for $35. I will be randomly picking two lucky winners. Please leave the comment by Monday, March 8th 11:59PST. I will be announcing the winners on Tuesday. Please leave an email address if you do not have a blog where I can reach you. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

This would be awesome. I just found out last weekend that there is one of these restaurants about 25 minutes away. I am excited about going there. I have been to a Japanese steak house before just not this chain.

Benihana is one of the best places to go to celebrate an occasion with friends.

My wife and I honeymooned at Beaches in Turks and Caicos and they had a Benihana style restaurant as one of the choices. The chefs were from the island and they were just as skilled and funny as back home.

What a great give away, Lisa. I just stopped by to say hello. There are no Benihana restaurants in my area, so, for as much as I'd like to participate it doesn't make sense. Have a great weekend. Mary.

I've always wanted to try Benihana but never have – maybe St. Patrick's Day is the perfect excuse!

I am such a big fan of hibachi! We typically frequent a local place that's pretty good, but Benihana is my favorite! Thanks for announcing the deal they're having – they are usually a little pricier which is why we don't frequent them as often. Definitely looking forward to heading over there this month though 🙂

Benihanas is such a treat. Hope I win. The only thing special for me this weekend is a field trip across town to a Mexican Market and Academy Awards.
