Happy Fat Tuesday!

First, let me announce the gift card winner to McCormick and Schmick’s. It was Ciao Chow Linda! Congrats, Linda! Please send me an email with your address and I will have it shipped out to you. Also check out her great blog filled with Italian food!

Now for for something indulgent. My son has been asking to make fudge and we finally did! We went with the simplest way possible. Mix together a bag of chocolate chips and a can of sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan. Heat on low and stir until smooth. Pour into an 8 inch pan lined with foil and chill. Cut into squares and look at my happy boy licking the spatula!

In order to celebrate tonight, we ordered pizza and wings. Diet tomorrow! Hope you all had an indulgent Tuesday!

What a great indulgence and definitely one of my favorites. Fudge never lasts long in my house.

Love fudge!

We are in our final week of Get Grillin' – Dessert is the theme and we would love if you submitted up to any 3 recipes (they don't have to be grilled) to our link up. This one would be perfect! This week we have a Rouxbe Cooking School giveaway. http://su.pr/2YaIiV
