Last week I was lucky enough to have been asked to be one of the judges in the Courier Post Holiday Cookie contest. I had a ball tasting 9 different cookies! The winning cookie, Holiday Spoon Cookies were awesome. I knew I had to try making them myself and they are my husbands new favorite cookie. Although, he has a new favorite every week…haha! If you would like the recipe, click HERE. I spun a little twist on the recipe and used Nutella as the filling and sprinkled them with powdered sugar. They tasted like good bakery quality cookies. There are none left and now I have to make another batch. Time to make more cookies!

How fun to be a judge in a cookie contest! Where do I sign up? I love your idea of using a Nutella filling!
I could handle that task. The cookies look good.
I LOVE the sound of these. But I could never judge a cookie contest. I would eat way too much! I used to manage a bakery…it was a bad scene.
