I will admit that I try to make most of my meals from scratch. But with a busy family, baseball practice, choir, karate, drama and cub scouts, that’s not always possible. These dinner kits really come in handy for the nights where you only have 20 minutes to cook dinner. All you have to do is add your own meat. I like to also add some veggies. Last night we tried the Chicken Alfredo with Linguine and I added shrimp instead of chicken. I also tossed in some sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and peas. It was quick but we all enjoyed it. Eating together as a family is important to me and this allowed us to do that on one busy night.
If you would like to win a basket, all you have to do is leave me a comment about how many times a week your family eats dinner together. Please make sure you leave an email address if you don’t own a blog. I will randomly pick THREE winners this coming Friday.
