Relax, Relax

I have been reading Eat, Pray, Love and only have a few chapters left. It has been an interesting book about a women’s journey where she eats in Italy, prays in India and finds love in Indonesia. I found the meditation and praying in India to be very interesting. I would love to be able to clear my mind by meditation however I am one of those people that always has to be doing something or thinking about my next move.

Today I was in an Asian grocery store and picked up this tea. It is loaded with fragrant herbs. Yogi tea promises to clarify your mind and bring you to a state of pure relaxation and tranquility. Hmmmmmm…….. is this tea even legal? It also will nurture your creativity and elevate your mood. Wow! I am drinking a cup before bed tonight. I have a feeling I will be dreaming of new creative recipes to enter into contests next week. All the moms in the neighborhood are going to want to try some. Stay tuned for the results of the tea. And sweet dreams everyone!

I love Yogi Tea! They have all different varieties: detox, weight management, and bedtime. And each bag has an adorable quote on it, like a fortune cookie.

My book group read that book…we all enjoyed it! I’ll have to try Yogi Tea-I’m a big tea drinker.
