Brownies for school

by jerseygirl on April 30, 2008 · 2 comments

Today I needed to make brownies for my daughter’s class. I love when I have to bake something for others. I get to try a new recipe, have a few bites and then cart the goodies out of the house. If brownies or cookies are on the menu, the first place I check is Cookie Madness. I have never been disappointed. There are no peanut allergies in the class, so today I went with Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Marbled Brownies. (Just click for the recipe.) They were rich and chocolaty with just the right amount of peanut butter in them. The great thing was that they are sturdy and I could pile them nice and high on the plate. YUM!
